At HEIGAOLA, we stand behind the engineering and quality of our Mini PCs. We provide a comprehensive limited warranty to ensure your investment is protected and your experience remains hassle-free.

1. WARRANTY COMMITMENT (12-MONTH LIMITED WARRANTY)

From the original purchase date, for a period of one year (based on invoice or order proof), HEIGAOLA warrants that the product will be free from material or manufacturing defects under normal use.

  • Free Repair or Replacement: If a defect arises during the warranty period, we will provide free repair services or a replacement unit at our discretion.
  • Maintenance Fees: HEIGAOLA will be responsible for all professional maintenance fees and the cost of non-artificial defective parts replacement.

2. COVERAGE SCOPE

This warranty specifically covers the following core components:

  • Main Unit: Motherboard, CPU, memory, storage (SSD/HDD), network card, and I/O interfaces.
  • Display & Touch: Screen and touch components (for tablets and all-in-one/touch devices).
  • Power & Accessories: Original power adapters and cables.
  • Battery: Built-in or original replaceable batteries.

3. EXCLUSIONS & LIMITATIONS

This warranty does NOT apply to:

  1. Consumables & Cosmetics: Protective films, stands, pen nibs, or cosmetic wear (scratches, stains, or fading) that does not affect functionality.
  2. Human Factors/Misuse: Damage caused by disassembly, misuse, dropping, water ingress, or use of unofficial firmware/software modifications.
  3. Commercial Use: This guarantee applies to personal use only and does not extend to products used for commercial rental or industrial purposes.
  4. Transferability: This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser from heigaolapc.com.
